Refund policy

General 30-Day Return Policy Disclaimer

Our standard 30-day return policy does NOT apply to agricultural/fresh produce sold in our store. Due to food safety, short shelf life and perishable nature, all agricultural food items are non-returnable for personal preference reasons. Only damaged, defective, spoiled or incorrectly delivered goods are eligible for claim compensation, subject to the rules below.

Claim Eligibility & Requirements (For Damaged/Defective Items Only)

If your order arrives rotten, damaged, spoiled, expired, or you receive the wrong goods, you must submit a claim within 48 hours upon delivery via seller@meimiduo.com.

To process your claim, please provide:
  1. Clear photos/videos showing the full package, shipping label, and damaged/spoiled agricultural products;
  2. Your order number and purchase receipt/proof of payment.
We will review your submission within 3 working days and offer partial refund, full refund or store credit at our sole discretion.

No physical product return is required for spoiled agricultural goods; you do not need to ship back the perishable items. We do not accept voluntary returns for dislike, wrong size, changed mind or late reporting beyond 48 hours.

How to Submit a Damage Claim

Contact us via seller@meimiduo.com with your order ID and visual evidence of defective goods within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.

We do not accept unreported, unsolicited returned agricultural shipments sent to our return address without prior claim approval.

Excluded / Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are permanently non-returnable and non-refundable for personal reasons:
  1. Perishable agricultural produce: fruits, vegetables, grains, dried farm food, edible agricultural products, flowers & plants;
  2. Customized & personalized farm products;
  3. Personal care & beauty goods;
  4. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids & gas products;
  5. Promotional discounted goods & gift cards.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for agricultural products. If you wish to obtain different goods, please place a new separate order. Damage claims will be processed independently as stated above.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Exemption

For orders shipped to the European Union:

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, perishable food/agricultural goods are fully exempt from the 14-day cooling-off withdrawal right. You cannot cancel or return agricultural produce simply because you change your mind within 14 days.

Only damaged, spoiled or mis-delivered farm items qualify for compensation claims under the 48-hour evidence rule above. The standard unused, unopened, original packaging return condition does not apply to agricultural food products.

Refund Process

Once we verify and approve your valid damage claim, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note banks and card issuers may take additional processing time to post funds to your account.

If you have not received your refund 15 business days after claim approval, email us at seller@meimiduo.com for follow-up.
